This symposium is part of the CRAFT Open Forum
Feminine and Feminist Architecture. This space is [not] for you, which investigates how architectural design and spatial practices can support antifragility, foster forms of care, and question specific forms of exclusion embedded in the built environment.
Architectures for Care and Interdependence. Through presentations and discussions, we will analyse Architectures of Care as shared infrastructures that promote interdependence and social capacity. These architectural hybrids have the capacity to address various forms of fragility. The aim is to illustrate through the lens of care (caring about, caring for, and agents of care) the physical and spatial features that foster individual and collective agency.
