Through presentations and discussions, the seminar will analyse the emergence of new typologies and
typological hybridisations and their capacity to activate forms of spatial agency.
The aim is to illustrate the physical and spatial characteristics that allow habits and lifestyles to be modified, community
belonging to be strengthened, and inclusion to be promoted; and to examine the theme of transcending
traditional forms of inhabiting and the transformation of housing into places where people can live,
work, collaborate, and build community.
